Approval
Production lead
time does not start until after proof approval. Proofs must be approved
by 3:00 pm EST in order to be considered same day approval. Screens will
be held up to one year from your last order. New screen charges will apply
after one year.
Embroidery
Pricing:
All bags embroidered will be invoiced at blank price. (EQP less $.31

Approval

proofs must be approved within 3 days of receipt or production delays may
occur. Proofs must be approved by 3:00 pm EST in order to be considered

Embroidery
Digitizing/Art Art
must be digitized to prepare a disk for embroidery. Please note that disks
used for other items such as apparel or hats may need to be redigitized
to work on bag fabrics which are generally coarser in weave. For customer
supplied disks, Tajima, Baruden, FDR and Barudan FMC formats are accepted.
Basic changes to layout can be made (i.e., delete or add a section, reorder
sections, and resize up to 20%). Resizing past 20% will require a new disk
as will increasing or decreasing the thickness of specific sections.Camera
ready art requires digitizing charges. Text should not be less than �" high.
Color match should specify thread color number.Padfolio Embroidery
Many
padfolios can be embroidered as indicated in the decoration guide. Embroidered
padfolios will not have a patch. Due to the complexity of embroidery on
padfolios, customer supplied disks cannot be accepted.
Debossing:
Deboss decoration is perfect for products where subtle and high perceived value
decoration are appropriate. Traditional on leather or simulated leather, a crisp
deboss adds lasting value on items used everyday. Deboss is also appropriate for
continuity programs when the same decoration is placed on several items in a collection.
Pricing All catalog prices include a one location deboss where deboss is indicated
on decoration guide.
Die Costs: Minimum $70.00 [USD]
To prevent degradation, we discard dies 13 months after last use.
