Artwork Return:
Artwork is not returned unless requested. The factory
will hold art for two years.

Custom Imprinting REGULAR AND LARGE SIZE SOLID AND CUSTOM CANISTERS

Available for custom imprinting from your own artwork.

Custom Canisters: Available in solid red, white, gold, silver and
hunter green in both Regular (7 1/8" x 2 1/2") and Large (9 3/4" X 3 3/8)
canister sizes. For a one-color imprint on a lid, add $80.00 setup charge plus
$1.10 per unit running charge. For a two-color imprint on a lid, add $220.00 setup
charge plus $2.35 per unit running charge. Camera ready artwork required.
Minimum 48 units. PMS Match: $30.00.

Custom Gift Card: For a one-color imprint, $75.00 setup charge.
Add $30.00 for each additional color.

Art: Orders should be submitted with black and white, sized
camera-ready art in order to avoid art charges. Art that is not
camera-ready will require art time and will be billed at $40.00 per hour.
One hour minimum charge.

Special Quotations:
Void after 90 days unless order received.

Changes to Orders:
Any change to an order that is in production may result in delayed shipment.
Same day changes minimum $75.00.

Cancellations:
$100.00 plus the cost of all labor and materials used to cancellation date.

Under Minimum Charges:
Imprinted orders - $70.00. Unimprinted Orders - $30.00. From November 29 through December 24, under minimum orders will not be processed.

Fulfillment Programs:
Fulfillment programs are our specialty. Examples are monthly gift programs, gift after purchase, incentive gifts, employee recognition programs, safety awards, and birth-
day appreciation. Products ideal for year-round shipping include our fresh-baked Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookies, Summertime Deluxe Assortment, Honey Roasted Peanuts or Fancy Mixed Nuts. Call for details.

Substitutions:
Factory reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value if necessary to guarantee shipment deadlines.

Claims:
Any claims for repair, replacement or refund must be presented in writing within 15 days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without authorization from the factory. The purchaser should promptly file all claims for damage, delay or loss due to shipping with the carrier at delivery.

Trademark usage:
All copy and materials submitted by the customer for use by Fresh Beginnings will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. Fresh Beginnings hereby
disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or other material.  The customer hereby agrees to hold Fresh Beginnings and Creative Expressions of Tampa Bay, Inc., harmless to any damages, cost and/or expenses as they arise as consequence of the use of said material.

Logos used in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. The use of these logos does not imply endorsement by the factory.

RUSH service available and will be handled whenever possible. Contact factory prior to placement of order to obtain ship date.

Normal production time after receipt of complete order is: Stock designer canisters, 2-3 weeks. Custom canisters, 3-4 weeks. Your complete order should include: purchase order, approved camera-ready artwork, shipping instructions, enclosure cards, and mailing list or labels if individual shipment is requested.

Shipping and handling are additional.

Individual Shipments:
For individual shipments direct to the recipients, add $2.50 per unit plus freight
and gift mailer.

Mailers:
Individual canister mailers: Regular size $.85; Large
size $1.20. Add $.65 for Gold Touch gift mailer.

Cold Packaging:
Some seasonal items may require cold packing from
March through November. The charge for this special
packaging is $15.00 per box. Chocolate and nuts
should be stored in a cool dry place immediately upon
receipt. Recommend overnight shipping on all cold
packed orders.

Split Shipments:
Add $3.50 per location after the first location, plus
shipping charges.

Addresses:
All addresses must contain name, street address, apart-
ment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. Factory
cannot be responsible for shipments lost, delayed or
returned because of incomplete or incorrect address.
F.O.B. Point: Georgia.

You will be responsible to pay additional charges for all returned or corrected addresses.  Food items cannot be reshipped once they have been returned from the shipper, however, you may have us reuse your tin and refresh the items at an additional charge.

given to carrier on time.
