INFORMATION Artwork:
All orders should be accompanied by clean, black and white camera-ready artwork.
Photocopies, matchbooks, letterhead, photographs, layouts in color, etc. are subject to an
art charge. If submitted artwork is not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to
"clean-up" the art without approval if charges do not exceed $25. Should charges
exceed $25, you will be notified prior to approval.
Digital Artwork:
Digital artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator 7.0.1 on the Macintosh platform. Artwork may be sent on a
3.5", zip disk or CD. Images must be vector based (raster
images are not acceptable). Images must be black and white only- no
grayscale or halftones accepted. Please include all
fonts used and/or create outlines. A complete printout of artwork
sent on disk must accompany your order.

Art: We can receive artwork via E-mail at [email protected]
Please compress file using stuff-it
prior to sending via email. In your
subject line please include your order number and name
of of your company. (Example: SUBJECT: Order 2340, XYZ Company).
Also, in the message area include your name and phone number
so we may contact you should we have any questions.
Claims: All
claims for breakage must be made by receiver with the freight carrier. Receiver must save outer carton(s) as well
as inner contents and notify carrier immediately for prompt inspection. Title to goods passes to purchaser at F.O.B. Point and all
recourse for damaged goods rests with the carrier and not J. Charles Crystalworks, nor
Creative Expressions of Tampa Bay, Inc.
No returns will be accepted
without prior written approval.
Copy Changes: $9.50
up to three lines of copy. $15.50 for more than three lines of copy.
Foreign Shipments Distributor
must choose carrier. J. Charles is not responsible for researching and quoting shipping
companies. There is a $20 service charge per destination and all commercial
invoices/paperwork must be completed prior to shipping.
Hand-cut monogramming
is available for the majority of our items with no set-up charge. See monogram page.

Clip Art The
factory has numerous pieces of clip art that can be added to your
text. The price is $25 in addition to any set up fee's.
Individual Mailings
(Drop Shipments) There is a $4.00 charge
(includes shipper-safe mailer) per package plus actual shipping costs. Labels must be
furnished, as well as a corresponding list.
Insertions:
An extra charge may apply for insertions on certain items. Call for information.
LOGO SET-UP CHARGES
One time $100.00 charge for all deep etch designs.
There are no set-up charges on re-orders or monogram orders. Artwork is kept on file for
three years from last date of use. -- (Monogramming is subject to a
copy change fee when not ordered as a personal item where the monogram
fee is inclusive of price).
Straight Line Copy:
There is a $41.50 charge for setting up straight line copy in lieu of a logo.
Mailers:
Items can be packaged in shipper safe mailers for additional $3.50 charge per mailer.
Minimum order:
Order for less than the listed minimum quantities of a single size and style are subject
to a $20 service charge.
Opposite Side Etching: For etching in a secondary position, the following
costs will apply: $5.00 per unit
If new make-ready is required, applicable set-up charges will also apply.
Overruns and Underruns: We ship exact quantities.
Packaging: All items are packed in attractive
gift
boxes, suitable for giving.
PRODUCTION TIME
Normal: Please allow 7-10 business days
to produce a new logo. If
a product proof is required, allow one week to prepare and ship proof and approximately
two weeks for production after approval. For re-orders and monogram orders, please allow
5-7 business days for production.
Christmas Production: For all orders received with artwork by December
1, we guarantee shipping (NOT delivery) by December 17. Please expect that air freight
charges may occur during the Christmas season.
PRODUCT VARIANCES: Due to the various processes of glass and crystal
manufacturing, please be aware that bubbles, flow lines, chill marks and other variances
are acceptable and not considered defects.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped prepaid with freight charges
added to the invoice. All orders are FOB: Erlanger, Kentucky. COD orders are NOT accepted.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Thee is a $8.00 charge for each destination after
the first shipment.
Type Styles: When adding copy, choose from the following
typestyles or provide your own on disk.
